SMART COMPETITION
a. Each team consists of 3 (three) persons.
b. The cap teams are 27 teams. Each team consists of 3 players only and shall designate a team captain.
c. Each university can send its representative maximum 2 (two) teams. The first team will directly listed as participant while the second team is in waiting list.
STUDENT PAPER CONTEST
a. The selected paper will be presented by 1 (one) or 2 (two) persons only.
b. Only 10 (ten) papers will be selected
c. Each university can send maximum 2 (two) papers in following the abstract selection. d. Format of writing an abstract:
• Abstract consists of 400-700 words written in English.
• A4 paper size with 1.5 space.
• Margin:
1) Top at first page : 3 cm
2) Top after first page : 3 cm
3) Left : 2 cm
4) Right :2 cm
5) Bottom : 2 cm
• Participants should point out whether the paper was previously presented or published. If so, tell when, where, and by whom.
• Paper style can be seen in student paper rules.
POSTER DESIGN COMPETITION
a. The selected posters will be represented by two persons only.
b. There will be 10 posters were selected.
c. Each University can send its representative maximum 2 (two)teams.
d. Format of making poster can be seen in the poster design rules
Plan of Development (POD) is a concession plan (development and exploitation) oil and gas field, which is the master plan or blue print for the exploration of a field program/ structure made by an oil and gas company before the company started commercial operation in the field.
University Representative and cap Teams :a. Each team consist of 5 person.
b. The number of team who will compete 6 teams.
c. Each University can send its representative maximum one team.
Registration Fee
Each participant needs to pay the registration fee (per person):
IDR 300.000 for Local Student
USD 35 for Overseas Student
IDR 500.000 / USD 55 for additional supporter (outside of participants)
via bank transfer after been notified as the selected participant.
This payment is applied for all of the events described before.
Total Prize
Total prize for all this competitions is US$ 3150.
